Guangdong Lianping Longhuai Expressway TJ11 Section 1 # Beam Yard Successfully Erects First Beam
On the afternoon of June 6th, after careful preparation by the leaders and
on-site technicians of the Longhuai TJ11 project, and nearly 2 hours of rapid
and orderly construction, the first beam of the 1 # beam yard was successfully
erected, marking the beginning of the prefabrication of the beam and slab of the
1 # beam yard project. The TJ11 section of Longhuai Expressway is located in Lianping County,
Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, crossing Yuanshan Town. The length of the route
is 7.22Km (based on the right line) (station number: K84+690-K91+910), with a
total of 22 bridges (including interchange ramps), including 6 main line bridges
with a total length of 4739.7m (Yuanshan Hub main line bridge is the longest
bridge on the entire line, with a total length of 2.551Km), and 16 ramp bridges
with a total length of 4419.1m. 11 slab culverts and 2 channel culverts. The
excavation of the roadbed (including interchanges) is 1.539 million cubic
meters, the filling of the roadbed (including interchanges and management
centers) is 1.441 million cubic meters, and there are 2 interchanges, including
one hub interchange. The project has a total of 1882 box (T) beams, which are
prefabricated in three beam yards. All prefabricated beams of beam 1 # are
lifted by Henan Modern Crane Co., Ltd. In order to give a good start to the prefabrication of beams and slabs, the
project leadership team attaches great importance to the prefabrication of the
first beam and slab. Project manager Zhou Xingchang and chief engineer Zhang
Jianming have visited the construction site multiple times, requiring the person
in charge of the prefabrication beam yard to strictly control the quality of raw
materials, construction technology, equipment testing and inspection, and
achieve safe, civilized and standardized construction. To ensure orderly
construction and complete the prefabrication of beams and slabs, the project
department has formed a consensus of "late start, fast action, high standards,
and excellent quality". Based on the original design, the construction plan has
been optimized and the construction technology has been innovated to achieve
good results of scientific organization, reasonable construction, and quality
assurance. The successful installation of the first prefabricated beam and slab has
laid a solid foundation for project construction and bridge pavement
